【摘要】 目的 探讨经导管灌注尿激酶接触溶栓治疗急性肢体缺血的临床效果和安全性。方法 回顾性分析经UniFuse溶栓导管灌注尿激酶治疗21例急性肢体缺血患者临床资料，总结导管接触溶栓（CDT）临床疗效、预后及并发症。结果 全部患者溶栓有效，临床症状缓解，保肢成功。1例因肾功能失代偿发生脑出血死亡，无其它出血、血肿、致残并发症。结论 初步临床研究表明，CDT术治疗急性肢体缺血安全有效，有助于减少不必要的外科手术及支架植入，溶栓风险可控。
