摘要:
【摘要】 粒子游走是放射性125I粒子植入治疗的并发症,发生率报道不等。2002年将CT引导技术全面引入粒子植入治疗领域,拓宽了粒子治疗应用的范畴,粒子植入治疗已经广泛应用于头颈、胸部、腹部和盆腔部位实体肿瘤。相关的并发症也成为各研究者的关注的课题,目前各中心关于粒子植入治疗肿瘤安全性研究中多涉及粒子游走案例,但无关于粒子游走系统性介绍,本文将对粒子游走这一并发症的研究情况予以简要综述。
