摘要:
目的评估经静脉DSA(IV-DSA)方法显示兔右侧颈动脉根部囊性动脉瘤模型形态的可行性,总结动脉瘤模型静脉造影法的经验。方法胰弹性蛋白诱导法建立10只兔右侧颈动脉根部动脉瘤模型,在同一体位和造影角度下对模型动物分别进行股动脉插管动脉造影和IV-DSA检查,测量动脉瘤各个径长,采用配对t检验的方法对比两种造影检查结果的差异。结果两种造影方法均能清晰显示动脉瘤模型的形态,测得动脉瘤及载瘤动脉各径长比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论IV-DSA造影方法可较好的显示兔右侧颈动脉根部动脉瘤模型的形态,可作为动脉超选造影的补充方法。
