摘要:
目的探讨介入热疗对肝组织及肿瘤组织血管渗透性的影响及意义,为研究介入热疗的生物学效应机制奠定基础。方法建立可供实验研究的兔VX2移植性肝癌模型30只,随机等分为3组(非灌注组、普通灌注组及热灌注组),在X线监视下,经股动脉插管至肝动脉。进行灌注,灌注液为生理盐水(温度为60℃),液量30ml ,15min缓慢推注。灌注结束前5min,经导管推注1%伊文思蓝(EB),2ml /kg,非灌注组直接推注EB,注EB后置10min,取出肝脏用生理盐水灌注肝动脉冲洗血管中残留的EB。切取靠近肝门部的小块正常肝组织、瘤组织,称重后,放入1ml 甲酰胺液中,置于50℃恒温水浴箱60h,提取液用722型光栅分光光度计测出A 620nm ,从标准曲线上测出相应的EB含量,以反映该组织毛细血管的通透性。结果肿瘤组织与肝组织的EB含量在3组中均有差别,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常灌注组与非灌注组肝组织的EB含量、肿瘤组织的EB含量无明显差别(P>0.05);热灌注组与非灌注组、正常灌注组肝组织的EB含量、肿瘤组织的EB含量有明显差别(P<0.05)。结论介入热疗可以增加肝组织及肿瘤组织的血管通透性。
