摘要:
目的用血管结扎结合弹力酶诱导法制作形态学更类似于人颅内动脉瘤的兔动脉瘤动物模型。方法分别将10只新西兰大白兔用血管结扎结合弹力酶诱导法和6只新西兰大白兔用外科缝合法制作出两种兔动脉瘤模型。1周和1个月后分别经股动脉行动脉瘤模型DSA检查,观察动脉瘤的通畅率、形态变化和病理改变。结果两种方法制作出的动脉瘤充盈良好;1周后造影显示:10个用血管结扎法制作的动脉瘤模型全部通畅;6个用外科缝合法制作动脉瘤模型仅见2个动脉瘤显影,4个动脉瘤均闭塞。1个月后造影检查显示:10个用血管结扎法制作动脉瘤仍保持通畅;2个用外科缝合法制作通畅的动脉瘤均闭塞。造模后和其后1个月血管结扎法制作的动脉瘤宽径和长径分别是(3.70±0.16)mm、(6.53±0.65)mm和(5.06±0.31)mm、(9.0±0.52)mm(P<0.05)。病理结果显示:动脉瘤模型动脉壁内弹力层和中弹力层基本缺失。结论用血管结扎法制作出的动脉瘤模型通畅率高、具有自发生长的特征,其形态学和人类颅内动脉瘤类似。
