摘要:
建立组织学和血流动力学真正类似于人动脉瘤的可信的实验动脉瘤模型对于人类颅内动脉瘤的基础和临床研究尤为重要。血管内球囊阻断结合弹力酶诱导法制作动脉瘤的方法是近年来国外研制的一种广泛使用的颅内动脉瘤动物模型。本文对该模型的制作、优越性和不足及其应用进展综述
