摘要:
近年来,放射性粒子组织间植入治疗恶性肿瘤正得到日趋广泛的应用,取得了较大进展,其植入局部放射剂量高、周围组织剂量低、局部控制率相对较高,并具有操作简单、微创等优点。103 Pd是一种新型的放射性粒子,与 125 I粒子相比,其半衰期较短,初始剂量较高,更适用于增殖较快的肿瘤组织。本文对其治疗原理、临床应用、并发症等方面进行综述。
