摘要:
目的观察射频消融术(RFA)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及安全性。方法对30例确诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据临床症状、CT或MRI 结果制定立体定位穿刺方案及靶点位置,在大C型臂X线引导下穿刺并置于突出物中,感觉神经、运动神经及温度测试后,92℃热凝消融,并持续100s,重复4个周期,依次消融整个突出物。结果30例患者治疗6个月后,VAS评分(静息痛+运动痛)从7.83±0.33降至2.37±0.48(P<0.05)。据改良Macnab疗效评定标准,9例治疗效果为优,12例良,5例可,4例差,有效率86.7%。无一例出现严重并发症。结论RFA是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效、安全的微创方法之一。
