摘要:
目的观察臭氧与胶原酶联合应用治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法２０例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用突出髓核内注射臭氧和胶原酶治疗。结果通过３、６个月的随访，采用MacNab疗效评定标准评价，疗效优１２例（６０％），良７例（３５％），差１例（５％），优良率９５％。未出现硬膜囊、神经、血管损伤等严重并发症。结论臭氧胶原酶联合应用是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效、安全方法。
