摘要:
近年来射频消融日益广泛应用于肾癌治疗，随着操作技术的不断发展，已在临床上取得显著的近期疗效，具有微创、安全、操作方便、并发症轻、患者痛苦少等特点。其未来发展的关键在于改进电极针，提高射频技术，联合c其他疗法等以提高疗效，并建立更合理的包括影像检查技术在内的疗效评价标准。
