摘要:
目的观察射频消融术（RFA）治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及安全性。方法对３０例确诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者，根据临床症状、CT或MRI 结果制定立体定位穿刺方案及靶点位置，在大C型臂X线引导下穿刺并置于突出物中，感觉神经、运动神经及温度测试后，９２℃热凝消融，并持续１００s，重复４个周期，依次消融整个突出物。结果３０例患者治疗６个月后，VAS评分（静息痛＋运动痛）从７．８３±０．３３降至２．３７±０．４８（P＜０．０５）。据改良Macnab疗效评定标准，９例治疗效果为优，１２例良，５例可，４例差，有效率８６．７％。无一例出现严重并发症。结论RFA是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效、安全的微创方法之一。
