摘要:
【摘要】 随着骨质疏松的发病率不断增加,骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)成为老年人的常见病。研究表明经皮椎体成形术(PVP)已成为疼痛性OVCF的主要治疗方法,针对PVP围手术期护理,国内外学者发表了大量的研究报道,认为围手术期护理干预能减轻患者的疼痛,减少并发症,提高患者的生活质量,促进康复。本文对其围手术期护理进行综述,以期为临床护理人员实施护理干预提供参考。
