摘要:
 【摘要】 经皮椎体成形术(PVP)是治疗脊椎难治性疼痛的有效方法,包括骨质疏松性压缩性骨折,椎体转移性肿瘤、椎体血管瘤等所致的难治性疼痛。PVP能明显的减轻疼痛,加固病变椎体并改善患者生活质量。目前,经皮椎体成形术已成为临床上治疗脊椎转移瘤的主要方法。本文就PVP治疗椎体转移性肿瘤的临床应用背景、手术方法、研究进展及并发症作一综述。
