摘要:
【摘要】 经皮椎体成形术(PVP)是广泛应用于治疗椎体血管瘤、椎体压缩骨折、脊柱转移瘤、骨髓瘤等疾病的微创技术。临床上普遍认为PVP术疗效与骨水泥注射量密切相关,然而有关术中骨水泥具体注射量仍存在较大争议。本文基于国内外研究现状,简要介绍了影响骨水泥注入量的椎体相关生物力学因素,骨水泥注入量对椎体强度、刚度及相邻椎体的影响,指出目前存在的主要争议,为进一步研究打下基础。
