摘要:
【摘要】 C臂CT广泛应用于钇- 90（90Y）微球放射栓塞治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的手术过程中，具有以下作用：①有效提高对肿瘤病灶和肿瘤供血动脉的识别率；②有效地提高对高风险动脉和高风险吻合的识别率，从而降低异位栓塞的风险；③计算靶肝体积，协助计算90Y的使用剂量。在术前选择性动脉造影、预防性栓塞和90Y微球放射栓塞治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的过程中，C臂CT可以作为其他影像学检查的有效辅助工具，进一步提高90Y微球放射栓塞治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的安全性。
