摘要:
【摘要】 钇-90(90Y)放射栓塞治疗可以直接将大剂量的放射性物质带到靶肿瘤组织内,是治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的一种有效方法。与TACE治疗不同,90Y微球放射栓塞术后不良反应的发生率更低,如腹痛、发热、恶性、呕吐。然而,90Y微球放射栓塞治疗的有效性和安全性取决于术前仔细的评估和术后密切的随访。本文将详细讨论肝脏恶性肿瘤患者接受90Y微球放射栓塞治疗前的准备工作和术后随访。
