摘要:
【摘要】 甲状腺结节是临床常见的疾病之一,早期精准诊断甲状腺结节性质对患者治疗及预后具有重要意义。人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)辅助技术被日益广泛应用于甲状腺结节临床诊疗中,AI技术术前精准诊断甲状腺结节良恶性并预测颈部淋巴结转移,是目前的研究热点。影像组学利用深度学习和卷积神经网络技术构建预测模型,为甲状腺结节术前决策提供重要信息。本文就AI技术在甲状腺结节诊断及预测淋巴结转移中的应用进展进行述评。
