【摘要】 糖尿病足是糖尿病最常见并发症之一,具有发病率高、致残率高、致死率高和治愈率低的特点,严重影响国人的身体健康和生活质量,其治疗却一直没有统一的规范方法。中国糖尿病足细胞与介入治疗技术联盟2015制定了糖尿病足介入综合诊治临床指南(第一版),填补了国内糖尿病足治疗规范的空白,对提高我国救治水平起到了重要作用。本次第六版修订借鉴国际最新指南,联盟组织国内多家单位,在第五版基础上,将相关指标和定义进一步完善更新。本指南着重于临床实际应用,从病理基础、疾病诊断、病情评估、治疗方案、术后护理和预后转归等多方面进行探讨和总结,以推动规范我国糖尿病足临床诊治。
