【摘要】 目的 探讨经皮腔内血管成形术(PTA)联合自体骨髓干细胞(AMSC)移植治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法 选取接受介入治疗的61例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象。根据手术方式分组,单纯PTA组26例,单纯AMSC组12例,PTA联合AMSC组23例。对比3组患者术后1、3、9个月疗效。结果 术后9个月随访显示,联合组治疗总有效率优于PTA组和AMSC组(P<0.05),下肢血管狭窄复发率低于PTA组和AMSC组(P<0.05)。结论 PTA术联合AMSC治疗糖尿病足安全、有效,疗效优于单纯PTA术及单纯AMSC移植治疗。
