【摘要】 目的 探讨胃左动脉在原发性肝癌供血中的影像学特点及其在介入治疗中的意义；方法 回顾性分析2012年6月至2015年6月553例接受介入治疗的原发性肝癌患者的血管造影资料及临床资料，分析胃左动脉参与肝癌供血的影像学特征及介入治疗经过。结果 553例患者中66例中发现胃左动脉分支参与肝癌供血，发生率为11.9%，主要供应位于肝左叶的病灶，其中80.3%患者在第1次介入治疗中发现此种表现，其中86.3%为富血供肝癌；栓塞成功率为92.4%。未发生异位栓塞。结论 胃左动脉发出的副肝左动脉是肝癌重要的侧支供血动脉之一，治疗中需注意造影技巧，仔细寻找，提高病灶的栓塞效果。
