摘要:
【摘要】 目的 探讨选择性肾亚段动脉栓塞治疗肾错构瘤的临床价值。方法 2007年6月至2016年6月共治疗11例患者17个肿瘤,其中聚乙烯醇(PVA)颗粒联合无水乙醇栓塞治疗9个,PVA颗粒栓塞治疗8个;术后6、12个月随访复查。结果 2组肿瘤术后体积均显著减小(P<0.05);肿瘤体积缩小比例无显著差异(P>0.05);同一治疗组术后6、12个月肿瘤体积无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 选择性肾亚段动脉栓塞是肾错构瘤安全、有效、便捷的治疗方法。
