摘要:
【摘要】 不可逆电穿孔消融技术是一种能有效消融肿瘤的新型非热消融技术,其利用高压电脉冲作用于细胞膜的磷脂双分子层,产生不可逆的电穿孔,导致细胞内外失去平衡,最终引发肿瘤细胞死亡,不可逆电穿孔消融技术对肿瘤的消融效果已在动物实验及临床研究中得到证实。该技术无热沉效应,消融区域明显,消融区邻近的血管、神经不会受到损伤。现就不可逆电穿孔消融肿瘤的机制、优势、脉冲参数、不可逆电穿孔消融仪器进行综述。
