摘要:
【摘要】 不可逆电穿孔技术又称纳米刀,是一种能有效消融肿瘤的新技术。该技术利用电脉冲永久损害靶区内细胞膜双磷脂层,导致肿瘤细胞死亡,其肿瘤消融效果已在动物实验及临床研究中得到证实。该技术无热导效应,邻近组织基质如血管、神经和胆道不受破坏。本文就该技术原理、技术装置、治疗肿瘤优缺点及进展作一综述。
