【摘要】 目的 调查恶性梗阻性黄疸行经皮肝穿刺胆道引流（PTCD）带管患者出院准备度现状，并分析其影响因素。方法 采用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表对105例恶性梗阻性黄疸行PTCD带管出院患者进行调查。 结果 恶性梗阻性黄疸行PTCD带管患者的出院准备度总分为（74.81±19.78）分。各维度标准化得分由高到低依次为预期性支持、适应能力、个人状态。多元线性回归分析显示居住方式和出院指导质量是出院准备度的影响因素。 结论 恶性梗阻性黄疸行PTCD带管患者的出院准备度的影响因素为居住方式和出院指导质量。
