【摘要】 目的 探讨国产靶向刀治疗肝癌方法的近期疗效及安全性。方法 收集2016年6月1日至2017年6月30日于CT引导下行国产靶向刀冷冻消融治疗术的肝癌患者共计41例(52个病灶),通过MRI评价目标病灶完全消融率和近期的局部复发率及手术相关并发症。结果 41个病例完全消融率为90.2%,在平均约8个月的随访时间里,41例患者全部存活,术后3、6个月的累积局部复发率分别为17.1%、25.9%,所有患者均未出现严重并发症。结论 国产靶向刀治疗肝癌安全有效,能有效灭活局部瘤体。
