【摘要】 目的 探讨CT引导下125I放射性粒子植入治疗腹膜后淋巴结转移癌的初步疗效。方法 回顾性分析接受125I粒子植入治疗的18例腹膜后淋巴结转移癌患者共20个病灶,应用近距离治疗计划系统(TPS)制定治疗计划,粒子活度1.11 × 107~2.96 × 107 Bq(0.3~0.8 mCi),处方剂量60~110 Gy,CT引导下经皮、经肝植入粒子,术后验证D90(90%靶体积接受的剂量)53~107 Gy,评价患者临床受益反应(CBR)、2个月局部控制率、1年生存率,观察并发症情况。结果 随访时间2~15个月,中位时间5个月;1年生存率22.2%。临床受益率72.2%,有效率70%,2个月局部控制率90%;所有患者均未出现严重并发症。结论 CT引导下125I粒子植入治疗腹膜后淋巴结转移癌近期疗效好,创伤小、并发症少,是一种相对安全的治疗方法。
