【摘要】 目的 探讨氩氦刀冷冻消融联合动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）治疗肾上腺恶性肿瘤的安全性及疗效。方法 2006年6月至2010年9月对16例肾上腺恶性肿瘤患者行氩氦刀联合TACE治疗，并用增强CT评价其疗效。结果 氩氦刀联合TACE治疗后1个月局部有效率为100%，缓解率为93.75%，中位生存时间为19.2个月，无严重并发症发生。结论 采用氩氦刀联合TACE治疗肾上腺恶性肿瘤安全、有效，值得临床推广应用。
