摘要:
【摘要】 目的 探讨CT引导经皮冷冻消融滑膜肉瘤的的安全性及短期疗效 方法 收集经病理学确诊为滑膜肉瘤20例患者，在CT引导下经皮行氩氦刀治疗并按照RECIST标准评价术后客观疗效。结果 根据术中CT评价冰球覆盖率，结果显示根治性冷冻为65%（13/20），显著减瘤冷冻为20%（4/20），有效减瘤冷冻为10%（2/20），无效减瘤冷冻为5%（1/20）。术后3个月疗效评价：完全缓解12例，部分缓解2例，疾病稳定3例，疾病进展3例，肿瘤直径缩小率为27%～43%，有效率（CR+PR）为70%。此外，术后3个月及6个月肿瘤复发率分别为15%、35%，疼痛缓解率85%（17/20）。中位随访时间6个月，最长随访时间41个月。术后并发症包括暂时性疼痛、皮肤冻伤、轻度神经损伤、胸腔积液、膀胱瘘。结论 CT引导氩氦刀冷冻消融治疗滑膜肉瘤不良反应轻，安全性高，近期疗效显著，值得临床推广。
