摘要:
目的探讨不同血供类型的原发性肝癌（简称肝癌）经肝动脉灌注 131Ⅰ-HAb１８F（ab’）2 的疗效差异。方法使用Seldinger技术，超选择性肝动脉插管灌注０．７５mCi／kg 131Ⅰ-HAb１８F（ab’）2 注射液，CT随访治疗前后的瘤体大小变化。按照DSA造影表现，将３０例患者分为多、中等、少血供３型，分析不同类型患者瘤体缩小的差异。结果DSA显示多、中等血供型肝癌肿瘤缩小的比率分别为６０％、３７．５％，２例少血供型肝癌治疗后１例瘤体显著缩小。结论 131Ⅰ-HAb１８F（ab’）2 免疫内照射治疗对不同血供类型的肝癌均有一定的缩小瘤体的效果。
