摘要:
目的探讨影响胰腺癌疗效的因素。方法１２０例胰腺癌进行统计学分析，应用COX比例风险模型对可能影响胰腺癌疗效的指标进行多因素分析，并用Kaplan－Meier法计算生存率。结果肿瘤分期和KPS评分是影响胰腺癌预后的独立因素。结论肿瘤分期和KPS评分是影响胰腺癌治疗后生存期的相关因素。
