【摘要】目的探讨吉西他滨经动脉泵入治疗晚期胰腺癌的临床应用价值。方法收集并分析仅接受吉西他滨静脉滴注化疗或经动脉固定速率泵入吉西他滨治疗的共91例晚期胰腺癌患者的病史资料,每周期治疗评价患者的生存时间、病灶体积变化、临床受益反应以及血液学毒性。结果吉西他滨经动脉固定速率泵入治疗方案与30 min 标准滴注方案相比,血液学毒性差异无统计学意义。1 000 mg/m2吉西他滨通过动脉途径以10 mg?m-2?min-1固定速率泵入治疗的患者,与30 min标准滴注治疗相比,其生存期有所延长、临床收益及CR+PR明显提高,差异具有统计学意义。结论1 000 mg/m2吉西他滨通过动脉途径以10 mg?m-2?min-1治疗晚期胰腺癌安全、有效,能够提高患者生活质量,延长其生存期。
