【摘要】 原发性肝癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,具有早期症状不明显、发展速度快、预后差等特点。患者有临床症状时大多已属中、晚期,临床中,经导管动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)是对失去手术机会的中晚期肝癌患者的首选方法之一。对乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染相关的原发性肝癌患者,TACE术是否能引起HBV激活,国内外学者对此的相关报道并未统一,本文就乙型肝炎相关性肝癌TACE术后对HBV激活影响的研究作一综述。
