摘要:
【摘要】 腹膜后淋巴结转移瘤的临床治疗具有挑战性。主要采用全身结合局部治疗方式对其进行控制。125I粒子植入治疗已用于实体肿瘤治疗,在腹膜后转移瘤的局部控制和癌性疼痛的缓解方面有一定优势。本文就125I持续低剂量率近距离放疗法治疗腹膜后淋巴转移瘤作一综述。
