【摘要】目的探讨肝癌热消融治疗的研究现状、合作情况、热点及发展趋势。方法检索Web of Science核心合集数据库,利用CiteSpace软件对近年来核心文献完成文献可视化分析。结果共纳入1 385篇核心合集,中国是发文量最多的国家。Bruix 等发表的文献被引次数最多。关键词有射频消融术、微波消融术、经皮乙醇注射、免疫治疗、融合成像等。形成6个聚类,15个突现词。结论肝癌热消融一直是肝癌治疗的研究热点,逐步走向成熟,并不断联合影像技术和其他治疗方法应用,在肝癌治疗中发挥重要作用。
