摘要:
【摘要】 热消融术在肺癌治疗中的耐受性良好。然而,也有一些严重的并发症。其中,支气管胸膜瘘是肺癌热消融术后罕见但最为严重的并发症之一,发生率极低,但处理困难,具有较高的致死率。早期诊断和及时正确的处理支气管胸膜瘘,是降低病死率的关键。目前关于热消融治疗肺癌安全性研究多涉及支气管胸膜瘘个例,但无系统性介绍,本文将就肺癌热消融术后支气管胸膜瘘的危险因素、临床表现、诊断和治疗进行综述。
