摘要:
【摘要】 机械取栓可以改善急性前循环大血管闭塞性卒中临床预后,然而一部分患者虽然实现了成功再通,但无效复流并未使患者获得良好预后。影响无效复流的因素很多,本文对影响前循环大血管闭塞机械取栓术后无效复流的因素,如年龄、再通时间、梗塞体积、基线严重程度、血压等进行综合叙述分析。
