摘要:
【摘要】 目的 阐述介入手术记录单在介入中心手术预约中的应用。方法 分析介入手术记录单的数据，统计手术平均时间、手术室空台等待台数和时间、手术变更率等数据，使用这些数据改进介入中心的手术预约。结果 使用记录单数据改进管理后，得益：①用手术平均时间预约手术，手术预约平均准确率达到72.8％；②手术室空台等待时间和台数减少（P<0.05）；③手术变更率由11.2％降低到9.3％（P<0.05），医师、技护、患者满意率分别达到93％、89％、85％。结论 应用介入手术记录单的数据在准确预约手术、提高手术效率、减少手术变更方面有积极的作用，在改进介入中心手术管理质量中有很高的价值。
