摘要:
 【摘要】 抗菌药物是介入放射科诊疗中常用药物之一。然而，当前介入手术与外科手术一样也存在着抗菌药物预防性使用不合理、不规范现象。本文通过对介入手术的当前，结合目前我国抗菌药物使用原则和分级，提出介入手术的抗菌药物使用指导意见，特别是常见介入手术抗菌药物的具体应用，以促进介入手术的抗菌药物合理使用。
