摘要:
目的   分析犬动脉瘤成模后可能影响瘤内血栓形成的相关因素,探索降低瘤内血栓的方法。方法 将20只实验犬分4组建立犬双侧颈动脉侧壁动脉瘤:垂直型动脉瘤 + 术后不抗凝;垂直型动脉瘤 + 术后抗凝;倾斜型动脉瘤+术后不抗凝;倾斜型动脉瘤 + 术后抗凝。术后2 ~ 4周造影观察动脉瘤内血栓形成情况。对可能影响瘤内血栓形成的相关因素(性别,月龄,手术时间,动脉瘤形态,术后抗凝,颈部血肿)进行统计学分析,重点研究动脉瘤形态和术后抗凝的关系。统计软件使用SPSS 12.0。结果 20只实验犬分4组成功建立犬颈动脉侧壁动脉瘤模型40枚,术后7只实验犬出现颈部血肿;术后2 ~ 4周造影共发现瘤内血栓形成8枚(20%)。单因素分析显示动脉瘤形态和颈部血肿对瘤内血栓形成有影响,术后抗凝因素无影响;进一步分层检验仍未发现术后抗凝因素有影响。结论 建立倾斜型动脉瘤和减少术后颈部血肿形成能够降低动脉瘤模型建立后瘤内血栓形成,术后使用抗凝并不降低瘤内血栓形成。
