摘要:
目的探讨覆膜支架腔内隔绝治疗脾动脉瘤的安全性、可行性及疗效。方法对４例脾动脉瘤患者，经覆膜支架植入腔内隔绝治疗，术后CT随访１年。结果４例手术成功，术后无腹痛、发热等不适。随访１年，支架位置良好，脾动脉瘤未见再通，未发生脾梗死。结论覆膜支架腔内隔绝治疗脾动脉瘤具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、不适反应少等优点，更易被患者接受。长期效果有待更多的病例进一步观察。
