摘要:
目的研究含钆造影剂在动脉血管造影和介入治疗中应用的可行性.方法 9例接受血管造影诊断及介入治疗的患者,2例有使用碘剂的禁忌证而单纯使用含钆造影剂,7例同时进行了含碘与含钆造影剂比较.造影血管包括胸主动脉、颈总动脉、支气管动脉、肋间动脉、肝动脉、髂动脉及子宫动脉.含钆造影剂为离子型钆喷替酸葡甲胺,使用剂量≤0.3mmol/kg体重.术中监护生命体征及血氧饱和度,术后进行血尿常规和肝肾功能检查.结果 7例患者进行含碘与含钆造影剂血管造影图像质量比较,含钆造影剂在显示动脉主干血管影像与含碘造影剂无显著性差异,远
