摘要:
脾脏射频消融是治疗门脉高压性脾功能亢进症安全、有效的微创手段。术后可以减小脾脏体积、纠正脾功能亢进，增加肝动脉血流量从而明显改善肝脏功能，并可诱导肝脏增大／再生。但影响其疗效的因素较多，许多潜在的机制仍有待进一步的阐明。
