摘要:
大量的实验室及临床研究表明，经皮腔内血管成形术（PTA）后发生血管再狭窄主要与以下几个因素有关：炎症反应、血管壁的损伤、血小板聚集、血栓形成、血管内膜细胞过度增生等，其相应的反应参数可以作为PTA术后发生再狭窄的预测因子。本文就对几种与炎症反应相关的预测因子做一综述。
