摘要:
覆膜支架已被越来越多地应用于经颈内静脉肝内门腔静脉分流术(TIPS)分流道再狭窄的防治中,取得了较大进展,Viatorr支架已被证明可以更好地改善分流道通畅率。本文就各种TIPS覆膜支架的结构、性质、应用及疗效等作一综述,相信随着覆膜支架的不断改善,TIPS在治疗门脉高压疾病领域中将重新盛行
