【摘要】 目的 总结肝癌经导管动脉化疗栓塞术（TACE）后胃肠道反应管理的最佳证据，为临床护理决策提供参考。方法 根据“6S”循证护理模型，检索PubMed、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、Embase、CINAHL、JBI循证、UpToDate、BMJ Best Practice、SinoMed、万方、知网、梅斯医学、医脉通、美国临床肿瘤学会（ASCO）、美国肿瘤护理学会（ONS）、美国国立综合癌症网络（NCCN）、多国癌症支持治疗学会／欧洲肿瘤内科学会（MASCC/ESMO）、日本癌症治疗学会（JSCO）等数据库，时限自建库至2023年3月30日。评价纳入文献质量并提取证据。结果 共纳入12篇文献。最终从护理方式、护理观察、药物治疗、中医护理、饮食护理、对症护理以及其他等7个维度总结形成18条最佳证据。结论 提炼出肝癌TACE术后胃肠道反应管理最佳证据，为临床医护人员护理TACE介入治疗后患者提供参考。
