摘要:
【摘要】 美国心脏协会(AHA)将专业指导下运动训练(SET)定义为外周动脉疾病(PAD)的一线治疗方案。通过检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、PubMed、Science Direct等数据库并根据纳入和排除标准,文献筛选出近10年39篇文献。分析结果显示SET疗法在我国仍处于研究阶段。国外SET主流方式为跑步机训练或平板训练,近年来一些研究在运动训练方式、训练强度、训练场景和信息化方面进行不同改良,取得了一定的效果。本文就近10年SET治疗PAD患者研究进展作一综述。
