【摘要】 X线和CT引导下经皮胃造瘘术已经越来越多地应用于住院患者的营养支持治疗。为了促进X线和CT引导下经皮胃造瘘术治疗的临床实践和规范发展,由中国抗癌协会肿瘤消融治疗专业委员会组织国内多学科的专家,讨论制定了X线和CT引导下经皮穿刺胃造瘘术专家共识(2022年版)。主要内容包括:①X线和CT引导下经皮胃造瘘术的适应证、禁忌证,以及术前检查、术前准备与患者评估;②X线和CT引导下胃造瘘的技术方法选择,手术操作与注意事项;③术后观察,造瘘管护理及并发症防治。
