【摘要】 目的 探讨根据计算流体力学(CFD)模拟脑血流流线的动脉瘤栓塞微导管塑形方法在颈内动脉-后交通动脉瘤介入治疗中的应用,评价其有效性和安全性。方法 分析郑州大学人民医院2020年1月至2021年12月使用CFD模拟脑血流流线进行微导管塑形介入栓塞的颈内动脉-后交通动脉瘤7例的临床资料,分析微导管到位成功率、稳定性及动脉瘤栓塞效果。 结果 7例患者7枚颈内动脉-后交通动脉瘤,体外模型试验微导管均能顺利到位且稳定成功;微导管头术中稳定、支撑力良好,无导管脱出等。术后即刻6枚动脉瘤完全栓塞,1枚瘤颈少量残留。术中无栓塞导管操作相关并发症。结论 基于CFD模拟脑血流流线进行微导管塑形,导管塑形精准,到位成功率高,稳定、支撑力良好,大大降低了导管塑形难度,值得进一步研究探索。
