【摘要】 目的 研制一款改良式腿围测量专用尺，并与传统腿围测量方法进行比较，探讨其在伴有下肢肿胀的深静脉血栓形成（DVT）患者中的应用效果。方法 设计制作改良式腿围测量专用尺。选取2018年4月至9月下肢DVT患者51例，定时、定人、定部位测量患肢周径，根据不同测量方法分为A法和B法，A法采用改良式腿围测量专用尺测量方法，B法采用传统腿围测量方法。比较两种方法在测量腿围过程中的测量时长、测量差异值、患者和护士的满意度。结果 A法测量时间较B法明显缩短，两法差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；A法测量值差异值较B法小，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；A法患者及护士满意度评分均高于B法，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论 改良式腿围测量专用尺在下肢DVT患者应用中操作便捷，耗时短，提高工作效率；测量准确，测量值差异小；提高了护患满意度。
