【摘要】 勃起功能障碍(ED)指阴茎不能勃起或勃起时不能维持足够的硬度和持续时间以满足性交。40~70岁男性中超过一半受到ED困扰,其中20%病情处于严重状态。阴茎供血动脉灌注不足占所有ED患者中20%~70%。动脉造影作为金标准,对动脉性ED诊断和治疗起着重要作用。介入治疗与血管重建术相比是一种微创治疗方式,药物涂层支架(ZEN临床试验)和单纯腔内球囊成形术治疗动脉性ED在近期随访中取得了令人满意的效果。该文分析了阴茎动脉解剖和病理等,重点阐述了介入治疗在动脉性ED诊断和治疗过程中的特点。
